Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of E-mail as well as website notification. Courier and Postal fees and available on the MacSpares website under Courier Fees.
Price Variation
MacSpares strives at all times to maintain accurate prices of goods, however due to raising inflation, the Rand/Dolar exchange rate, and occasional scarcity of goods , the prices displayed on the website cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by MacSpares is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, MacSpares will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee. Due to the Nature of MacSpares products it is always assumed the the installer and/or user is competent and qualified to install and use these products, Goods supplied are supplied without warranty and cannot be returned for refund.
Goods installed are Non Returnable

All Card transactions will be acquired for MacSpares via the PayFast Payment Portal who are the approved payment gateway for Macspares. PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3)
No credit card details are stored on the MacSpares website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Payment of Online Purchase by Credit Card Debit Cards and virtually any other form of card.
